A LITTLE ABOUT US....

Promise 4 Paws Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing loving families for dogs that have lost their homes or never have experienced having one.  Our group has a special love for those dogs that are considered senior dogs. 

The members of our organization started as volunteers at the Council Bluffs Animal Shelter.  As we walked, played and interacted with the dogs, we couldn't help but wonder if there was something more we could do to help these animals.  

Promise 4 Paws evolved out of our own experiences finding loving homes for hard to adopt dogs.   As we talked about our struggles with our individual cases, we realized that we can all work together to provide better assistance to these dogs.

We are always looking for foster homes.  If you've ever considered helping a dog in need, now is the time.  Contact us if you would be interested. 

 

NEEDING TO REHOME YOUR DOG?

If you are needing to rehome your dog, please understand that we do not have a facility at this point and our foster homes are very limited.  That said, we would still like to help you in anyway we can.  To do this, we have what we call our "Safety Net Page."  If you send us a picture and short bio of your dog, we will post them to this page.
